Client Services Manager – London – Mobile Technology

We are working with a sample and technology provider that helps brands connect with consumers through mobile studies. They are established and growing business looking for a Client Services Manager to join their team!
You will be a key member of the team and work across the entire project life cycle. You will be supporting all aspects of the research project, from designing and setting up surveys, managing fieldwork, analysing data as well presenting all the research findings to the clients. You will be the main point of contact for both clients and suppliers.
As the Client Service Manager, you will have experience in a project management and client exposure within a market research industry. You will have a great understanding of different research methodologies and experience of questionnaire design.
