Qualitative Research Manager – London – Customer Experience Research
Financial Services, Healthcare, Travel, Retail – £30,000-£35,000
Exciting opportunity for an experienced qualitative researcher looking for autonomy and development with this specialist independent agency.
This agency has a strong focus on customer experience research, especially in Financial Services, but you will also have the opportunity to work across several different sectors such as Travel, Healthcare and Retail.
You will be expected to manage client’s relationships and deliver strategic insights right across the business. Additional client development will be a key feature, but not cold sales.
You will have previous exposure to different methodologies including online qual and moderating groups. As the Research Manager, you will be running qualitative research projects, this will include project set up, managing recruitment, designing and writing discussion guides, conducting fieldwork and producing debriefs. You will have the opportunity to work alongside the quantitative team to ensure that projects do not run in silos.
