An opportunity for an experienced Client Services Manager to join a leading agency specialising in delivering mobile research in a fast-growing and innovative sector. As a key member of the team you will advise, oversee and implement market research solutions for a huge variety of clients. Central to your role will be to successfully project manage the research process, ensuring that you meet and exceed client expectations throughout.
To qualify for this position, you will ideally have at least 3 years’ experience working in a client-facing project management role within a market research agency. You must have a knowledge and understanding of different research methodologies and have experience of questionnaire design and best practice implementation.
