Their roots are in Qualitative research and they have diversified in recent years, bringing together creative minds from all corners of the research & brand planning sector, with a particular penchant for psychology and behavioural economics. Clients include a dazzling array of iconic consumer brands across FMCG and Consumer sectors, who come to this consultancy for solutions on complex marketing problems that require intuition and creativity.
Quant is a growing part of the business and operates both as a stand-alone service as well as part of an integrated Qual/Quant offering. As an Associate Director you will lead key accounts and deliver brand insights based on sophisticated Quant and mixed-method research, requiring the ability to give the 'story' behind the numbers. This is a very varied position, enjoying a high-profile with clients across the marketing spectrum. Team management and close collaboration on projects with other senior members of the business will also be key features of the role.
Probably at around Associate Director-level, you will need a strong consumer background, ideally with some agency experience and excellent all-round research and client management abilities. Above all you should have a strategic mindset and a desire to move into something different, creative and where you will have a voice in the business.
