Our client is one of the most sought-after research agencies in the industry, focusing on delivering high-quality customer experience research to some of the biggest names within the financial, retail, travel, healthcare and not-for-profit sectors. Due to recent growth, they are now looking to recruit an experienced Qual Research Manager to join their team and really make a difference!
As a Research Manager, you will work closely with the Head of Qualitative, leading and managing end-to-end qualitative and mixed method studies, collaborating with the Quantitative team. You will be a confident researcher with a positive and enthusiastic approach to research, strong qualitative research experience, as well as excellent client, project and team management skills. This role is a varied position offering exposure to new business development responsibilities, liaising closely with some of the most prominent names within the industry, as well as the opportunity to manage and mentor junior researchers.
To qualify at this level, you will have at least four years’ experience in qualitative market research (preferably on the agency side), as well as exposure to a wide range of sectors and to the commercial side of the business.
