They provide evidence-based insights to support decisions on branding and advertising, priority target marketing, new product development and innovation, shopper and customer experience initiatives. They work across a whole host of exciting sectors including FMCG, technology, finance, retail and media.
The day to day:
Assist in determining strategy for the team that meets business objectives
Managing the overall performance of the DP team
Allocate resources to appropriate levels to optimise capacity without compromising quality
Control costs in accordance with agreed P&L and job budgets and advise on pricing
Fostering a solutions driven and positive work culture
Ensuring 1st class client service to both internal and external stakeholders
Meeting team developmental targets ensuing individuals personal and professional development
Lead best practice training and technical training
Keep abreast of industry developments to ensure techniques and technologies remain cutting edge.
It is likely that you have upwards of 4 years data processing and data management experience. You will have strong and practical experience of using either SPSS or Q. You will have excellent people skills and the ability to engage and lead staff. You will be an exceptional communicator able to deal with people at all levels and talk to both technical and non technical staff.
