No experience in employee research is needed, but a passion to become a specialist in this niche sector is essential.
In this high-profile role, you will be dedicated to delivering employee focussed research specifically focussing on employee engagement for private sector clients and how this may benefit businesses and lead to greater experience and retention. Reporting to the Head of Department, you will be fully involved in the management of clients, management of large scale projects, team leadership, full service research responsibilities (eg. questionnaire design, data analysis etc.) and commercial responsibilities such as resource planning, business development and a high level of client consultancy.
Your experience will have been gained in a market research or employee engagement/leadership agency, where you will have developed strong project management research and commercial skills. You will be ready to take the next step in your career, gaining greater exposure to people and commercial management.
