Research Manager – London – B2B – Not-For-Profit
£35,000 - £45,000 – Client side
This unique in-house role will see a skilled Research Manager use their hands-on quant and qual skills to deliver insights across this non-profit organisation, which was created in recent years to help UK businesses understand customer experience, engagement and retention.
As a Research & Insights Consultant, both within the organisation and for membership businesses, you will work closely with senior stakeholders, providing recommendations to address a diverse range of customer issues, as well as to promote customer understanding. Your research will have a visible impact on business strategy and you will also enjoy a high-profile with senior Directors and business-owners, who will come to you for impartial and practical advice on how to grow and retain their customer base.
Probably at around Research Manager-level, you should have a broad B2B Quant/Qual background, ideally with experience in customer experience & engagement, as you will use the full toolbox of methods to address each problem and provide tailored solutions. Some agency experience is also desirable and the ability to communicate the implications of your research to both marketing and non-marketing specialists.
