Our client, a highly regarded information and intelligence consultancy, has built its success on helping FMCG businesses understand these ever-changing consumer realities.
It has long been known that FMCG manufactures and their retail channels operate within some of the most competitive of commercial environments, where there is a constant strive for innovation, cut through and growth. For them knowledge is king and speed in understanding is queen.
This consultancy remains at the forefront of trends reporting and is the pulse the market wants its finger on, by undertaking non-stop global research and analysis to write impactful, concise reports that big businesses find invaluable for their business planning.
They are currently looking to hire a Business Development Executive to build, develop and manage a key portfolio of FMCG manufactures and retailers. The role of a BDE is sell to new clients, ensuring that they get the most from the reports and consultancy services they purchase, with high levels of client satisfaction being the end game. You will be happy cold calling, identifying targets, creating sales plans and closing deals.
• A proven track record in sales and a natural ability to build relationships with people at all levels.
• 1-2 plus years’ experience within B2B sales
• A solid understanding of or keen interest in the FMCG sector
• Fantastic communication skills
• A persuasive manner
• A commercial outlook
