We are working with an award-winning agency, they are a key player and thought leader when it comes to providing “voice of the customer” programmes for a prestigious blue-chip client base spanning multiple industry sectors. The agency operates in a flexible and nimble manner, providing a tailor-made approach to their clients ensuring their specific insight needs are delivered on.
In this role you will be supporting the business and client services vision of creating and presenting a better picture and driving the business further. As the Research Manager, you will be managing projects through the entire lifecycle, be responsible for managing existing client relationships and adding new business. In terms of methodological approach, this agency utilises online surveys, digital communities, mobile communication and social networking to harness customer experience across all touch points turning it into valuable consumer insights to help their clients make critical business decisions. The client list is broad and extensive, having built up an impressive reputation within customer experience research and insights, and there will be plenty of scope to work across a variety of projects.
You will be part of an ambitious, technologically driven insights group with a global reach with access to a prestigious client base and bespoke research programmes.
