As Market Insight Analyst you will join a small specialist team and work to deliver an integrated insight service in response to stakeholder needs for market information at all stages of the produce value chain. This covers economy (Global and UK), shopper trends (shopper confidence, missions, shopper journey), grocery trends (channels/fixture/estate), barriers to consumption, market data (sector, segment, species, demographics, share of trade), foodservice trends (channels, dayparts, demographics) and imports & exports (Global & UK). Occasional travel throughout the UK will be required for events, conferences and training programmes.
To apply for this position, you will need strong experience dealing with large consumer and market insights data sets (ideally within the food service industry) and be an expert at interpreting complex information from multiple sources with the ability to rationalise and translate this to produce original and concise reports and presentations to stakeholders.
