A leading international full-service market research agency is looking to hire an experience Qualitative research to join their impressive team in Vietnam. Partnering with clients in the FMCG sector they inspire them to push boundaries and drive success through insights that are impactful

They have a fresh approach to research and are firmly on the pulse when it comes to understanding what consumers across the APAC region want.
As a Qualitative Account Director:
• You will have strong qualitative research experience c10+years and will be someone that is an inspiration and a trailblazer – however, you will have experience with quantitative data and will understand the importance of both
• You are passionate about using new methodologies such as mobile research, ethnography and workshopping in your qual
• You will play a key role and focus your attentions on account management and delivering insight to your Clients rather than “day to day” project management.
• You will have an impressive track record in being able to provide consultative advice to answer client problems, commercial acumen and the ability to analyse customer loyalty information and devise action plans for improvement
Key functions of the role are: Leading the Qualitative team, Client Management, Project Management, Training and Mentoring junior staff.
The ideal candidate will have local experience conducting customer research ideally in the FMCG space. Prior experience leading a team is highly regarded.
