They are currently looking for a Senior Research Executive to join their retail team: this is your chance to be a part of this successful and innovative business!
In this role you will be working at the meeting point between culture and commerce, focusing on brand innovation and business strategy within the retail sector. You will be liaising with senior stakeholders while also managing junior researchers in delivering actionable and creative insights, which will be led by the client’s needs and by the nature of the project itself. You will be managing predominantly qualitative projects and you will have the chance to use and learn a wide variety of methodologies. Some quantitative research experience will also be desirable, but not essential.
Understanding audiences (their attitudes, usage, behaviours and needs) will be of paramount importance, so previous shopper-consumer, category segmentation and category vision experience would be ideal. An interest in the retail and commercial strategy is also necessary, alongside brand positioning and customer journey experience.
