It’s an exciting time for this award-winning business and impressive growth has led to the need for a new Research Director to join their Manchester operation and take the lead on running strategic projects for a leading fashion brand. You will utilise your quantitative (and ideally some qualitative) research skills to run predominantly digital projects from briefing to presentation and also be an inspiring mentor for junior researchers. Above all you will be the connection between the client and the agency – liaising with them regularly, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic mind.
As well as having extensive experience running consumer research projects, you should be an innovative thinker and have a keen interest in online methodologies (communities, mobile surveys etc.) combined with first-class relationship management and leadership skills.
