What is a Cultural Insights Project Manager? Why do you want to be one?
Sitting within the Cultural Insights Team, you will play a pivotal role in redefining brands and will bring a future lens.
You will be hands on with research where you will dig for examples of brand and cultural understanding using qualitative and qualitative methodologies. You will organise what you find into themes that help brand see what they need to be doing of to stay relevant. Your will articulate that thinking with internal teams and clients, both verbally and written. As a project manager you will bridge the gap between the business and clients juggling multiple projects at one given time.
The key talents required to thrive in Cultural Insights are threefold.
1. Have a fascination for culture. A compulsive deep diver who is intellectually curious and engaged with culture and how it is changing
2. A bendy brain. The ability to look at the world differently and make connections that others cannot.
3. An organised mind. The ability to take disparate input and organise it into structure
4. Prior experience in a qualitative insights role is desirable.
