As an Innovation Project Manager you will play an integral role in bridging the gap between insights and action. This role requires someone with skills in trend forecasting, qual research and an ability to understand how new methods and design impact a brand / product. As Australia’s leading innovation consultancy they are seen as one of the best agencies to work for. Through combining design thinking, qual research and business strategy they improve innovation. They work closely with leading Retail, Food, Beverage and FMCG business
The ideal candidate will have experience with planning and qualitative research and/or quantitative research, analysis and insights. You will be able to present to clients, participate in workshops and collaborate with strategist, planners, creatives and end brands. You will need to have (or quickly develop) expert skills in organisation, an ability to piece together information (see patters) and the confidence to engage with clients.
• University educated
• 1-3 years’ experience in innovation, planning, qualitative research or strategic design
• Client facing experience
