Salary $60,000 to $70,000 plus SUPER
This agency pays close attention to developments in academic theory and is applying new advancements in our understanding of the human mind to help their clients understand consumer motivation. They are now looking for a bright and engaged qualitative research with a fascination with understanding why humans act the way they do. You will learn the ropes in Behavioural Economics and will gain strategic thinking skills that will prove invaluable as both your career and the research industry develop.
You will be involved in conducting focus groups, in depth interviews, ethnographic research and indeed, any other techniques the agency develop to further augment their highly successful approach. You will work with some incredibly talented, industry renowned researchers that will invest valuable time in ensuring your development within the business. Most of your clients will be in the FMCG space however you will have exposure to other industries.
You apply you must have a foundation in commercial qualitative research, be writing discussion guides and had some exposure to moderating focus groups. Ideally you will have knowledge of Behavioural Economics and its application. You must be able to demonstrate an interest in psychology and be able to show that you are passionate, articulate and motivated individuals.
