This agency here to make a difference. Born out of the desire to challenge and disrupt thinking in the healthcare industry that blends market research with behavioural economics.
They achieve behavioural change by using cognitive phycology principals to understand doctors, patients and the industry’s behaviour.
Through their unique toolbox they generate insights by combing qualitative and quantitataive methodologies with a deep understanding of human behaviour. Grow is the reason for this hire and they are looking for a behavioural consultant / scientist to join them. The team is small and have a flexible approach to work. Partnering with the two owners and a behavioural economics specialist you will have every opportunity to step up in terms of progression, experience and project exposure.
Day-to-day you will:
• Knowledge – Ideally you will have prior experience working in a behavioural insights or market research capacity with client facing experience. You will use a breath of methodologies and ways of thinking to design solutions that best fit the problem solving. Naturally you are always reading, thinking and wanting to understand more about human behaviour.
• Analytics – You have strong analytical capabilities and prior experience using SPSS, Q, excel or R. You are strong with big data sets and can pull out the key nuggets of information.
• Clarity of thought – You have a natural passion for turning data into clear stories, clear answers and strategic recommendations and want to do this for an industry that genuinely helps people.
• Communication - You can present information in a clear and succinct way that brands understand. You are comfortable interfacing with people of all levels of responsibility in both public and private sector organisations.
In addition to ticking the above boxes, a strong academic profile is essential (maths, psychology or economics) and you are someone that is happy to hit the ground running.
