The hiring agency is a large, professional organization with offices in the USA, Europe and in Asia from which they deliver advanced research solutions with particular expertise in customer experience and using technology. They understand that successful businesses must truly get to know their customers – not simply customer satisfaction but loyalty and advocacy.
They have a number of customized and product driven research solutions to learn and deliver to a broad range of government and non-government clients.
Your role will be client facing, across research design and delivery with a particular emphasis on data, hence the need for strong analytical and interpretive skills with the ability to draw out crucial insights and write concise reports to direct clients to success.
You’ll enjoy a busy, determined office with a high quality of work and a nice mix of local and western influences in the team.
