The Consultant is all about increasing ownership. This role needs a strong client facing researcher to take on a couple of major FMCG client accounts (amongst other smaller accounts) and really work the relationships ensuring impeccable delivery of projects, insights and outcomes, whilst always looking for ways to add value.
You’ll also start to take ownership for in terms of a couple of direct reports.
Finally, you’ll start take ownership for the projects themselves, still working alongside a Director but increasing your responsibility for defining the questions and designing creative and rigorous research solutions to provide evidence based strategic direction. Your curiosity and analytical rigour means you’ll be excellent at drawing out information and joining the dots, as well as being able to bring it to life for an audience with your confident communication style.
You will have a minimum of 5years and upwards experience in a similar market research agency environment with a wealth of knowledge applying quantitative research methods. You’ll be commercial, technical and analytically astute and a whizz at building relationships.
You’ll be experienced in the fast moving world of consumer goods and have good knowledge of the challenges, market and competition between brands out there
