As a Research Director you will lead key client relationships as well as managing a team, delivering wide-ranging insights across employee engagement and organisation issues, that will have a real and visible impact on client management decisions.
Strong quantitative skills and an agency background are essential, as well as the ability to provide concise and actionable recommendations to a diverse and senior client audience. A background in employee research is preferred, though this opportunity is open to those with strong client/consulting and quantitative skills from other stakeholder-related sectors. Above all, you should have a real interest in helping organisations understand their people have an intuitive understanding of your clients’ businesses.
