They have enjoyed year-on-year growth and are now looking to grow their team with an additional senior Qualitative specialist who can be a thought-leader in the business, while taking an active lead in client and team management.
You should be around Research Director and be well-versed in delivering strategic Qualitative research and insights to clients across the marketing spectrum. Projects will cover a diverse range of issues, from NPD and innovations, through to consumer behaviour and brand positioning, requiring versatility and creativity and the ability to oversee both Qual-only work as well as working closely with senior colleagues on major Quant/Qual studies. Whatever the size of project, clients and colleagues will look to you for fresh ideas, creative insight and the meaning behind the research. The ability to present to and advise clients at senior levels is essential, along with Inspirational mentoring and team leadership skills as reporting to you will be a dedicated group of Execs who will benefit from your guidance and development.
