Deliver consumer understanding and actionable insights via social media analysis for this renowned media focused market research firm! Your work in Social Media Intelligence will helps marketing, market research, insight and digital teams within major brands answer key business questions through the analysis of social media conversations. Applying both quantitative and qualitative methods from multiple sources to identify trends/patterns and draw insightful conclusions, the role will also involve elements of client facing and presentation of analysis activity on projects assigned. With social media becoming the preeminent gauge of reputation/brand analysis in terms of media platforms, this is an exciting role that gets you to the centre of global conversations. Ideally then you'll have experience agency-side and/or in-house in a market research, media analysis, brand consultancy or marketing communications environment, coupled with knowledge/interest in social media.
