Bring your research and consulting skills and make a difference in an organisation which is at the heart of the country’s education agenda. This is a quasi-client/agency hybrid organisation that provides research and insights to government departments, local authorities, institutions and education bodies, helping them understand the requirements of stakeholders while also guiding policy decisions. A new opportunity has been created for a Research Director lead a team in their Berkshire offices.

As a Research Director you will provide high-level research expertise and consultancy/recommendations using a diverse spectrum of research methods and data sources. You will also advise internal and external stakeholders on the implications of your recommendations, therefore requiring excellent communication skills and the ability to convey the meaning behind your findings to both research and non-research specialists. Strong Quantitative skills are essential while any exposure to other research methods and/or analytical packages would be a plus.

Applicants for this important role should have some experience gained in market research or social research agency. Experience of the education sector would be useful but not essential.
