This research & analytics-based customer experience consultancy is well known for its sophisticated and strategic offering, combining high level research & data analytics with in-depth sector knowledge, to give clients real understanding of their markets and customers. Growth of the business has created a need for a Director of Analytics to lead a team of Quant specialists & data analysts and lead the specialism in the business.
This is a rare opportunity to bring together and define the analytics offering within this customer experience consultancy that works for a diverse range of clients across Consumer, Financial, Technology and Public/NFP sectors. By bridging the understanding between data, marketing/research and strategy you will bring your analytical skills to bear, influencing key clients up to Board-level and making a real difference to their businesses.
Naturally, strong data skills are perquisite (ideally encompassing expert use of the main analysis tools such as SPSS, R, Python etc), while you should also have a sound grasp of your clients’ business and commercial agenda to offer the right advice. Close working relationships are also a part of this role, requiring senior-level teamworking abilities as you will work with your counterparts across the consultancy as well as with senior-level client stakeholders and marketing teams.
