1. Understanding consumers through qualitative research techniques such as groups, workshops, face to face interviews, online communities, projective techniques, ethnography, film and mobile diaries.
2. Building on these insights to brainstorm compelling ideas and narratives for clients to build their brands filtering in to new product development, branding or communications campaigns.
3. Impeccable client servicingfrom client meetings, attending kick-off briefs, asking the right questions, building trusted rapport, ongoing contact through projects through to presentations
Overlaying all this will be a passion for cultural trends in evidence with you being in touch with societal movements and global themes.
As a Consumer Strategist you will manage smaller projects and work with senior team members on larger projects contributing from pitch to final presentation. You will be involved in regular fieldwork and work across categories – major banks, global FMCG brands, top teleco companies, healthcare, media, and entertainment.
