As an Account Manager you will be invited to learn all of these principles by seeing them in practise.
You’ll work on a range of strategic ad hoc research studies with a focus on brand, communications and innovations. You’ll be a key point of contact for your clients and not simply from a project management perspective, but really starting to influence the relationship, the research and the outcomes. This will be with the support of a Director on the account and an important step in your career progression.
You’ll be able to design surveys with limited oversight, manage suppliers to get the best out of the relationships, get stuck in to analysing & interpreting survey data, and be able to produce beautiful reports and presentations that are concise, informative, impactful and visual stimulating.
You’ll enjoy playing an increasing role in the consulting part of the job, which only comes with time, exposure and influential superiors to teach you how to think critically, commercially and strategically. Here you will experience just that.
This is a close, smart and busy team looking for an ambitious researcher with 3-5 years of experience ideally in another agency or clientside research/insights/strategy role and experience with SPSS/Q is essential. You’ll be looking for a fresh start in a more senior role and an environment when you can add to the fun and bring on board an enthusiasm for brands and consumer behaviour and trends.
