An exciting and rare Midlands based client side insights role with this leading Retailer!
Here, you will be part of a global research team – this Retailer values its’ insights team highly and its’ development is at the heart of their strategy with ambition to create a truly world class function. Your primary focus will be turning insight into action and you will therefore require a strong mix of research expertise and commercial understanding to be successful in this area. Projects will have a particular focus on consumer understanding, brand positioning as well as product and service innovation. You’ll be comfortable building relationships with senior stakeholders and teams to appreciate their plans and to be able to design a research programme to help shape their decisions. Managing agency partners will also be an important part of the role and you will be able to pro-actively contribute to new ways of doing things in order to deliver the best research results.
In order to be success in this role, you will be able to think strategically and you will be able to effectively demonstrate this through previous experience. You will be able to “tell a story” and be able to effectively adapt your communication style depending on your audience, inspiring people to take on your ideas. A strong understanding of brands and research techniques are key.
