The business is at a pivotal stage of growth and are looking to add 2x super smart researchers to join the Melbourne team. As a Consultant you will have prior experience in a market research agency (ideally 3+ years’ experience), with an understanding of questionnaire design, analysis, report and presenting. The role has a quantitataive focus, but they are looking for someone that it passionate about qual also. This is a very consultative role, where you will work closely with business owners and key figures in HR departments to implement the recommendations and you will see the changed when they kick into play. They are a blend of traditional research thinking and management consulting.
