Qualitative Account Director opening in a bespoke brand strategy & consumer insight agency in Melbourne, are you the right person?

The business has seen great success across Australia and Asia due to their insights that push boundaries without breaking them. Made up of a team of smart researcher, strategist, planners and creatives there is no problem they can’t solve.

This high-profile role will see you leading key accounts & be a true qual expert! You will be entirely customised in your approach to solving problems and will deep-dive into understand your client’s business inside and out. From client briefs to presentation you will think creatively and have the bigger picture in mind. You will have opportunity to work with some of the biggest FMCG and consumer players on the market on NPD, Category Strategy, Brand Development and Consumer Insights.

You will lead from the front, and will be a genuine valued member of the team. This is an opportunity for somebody who wants to develop a relationship of trust with their employer that will allow them to run things autonomously.

The perfect candidate will be:

• Confident, engaged and passionate
• An expert in qual, with c6+ years’ experience in an agency environment
• Innovative, you will have a desire to throw away the rule book
• Organised, disciplined, analytically minded and rigorous.
