A rare opportunity for a bright, senior researcher to join this highly respected, fast-growing agency specialising in delivering high-impact and insightful research. A global firm, they specialise in delivering engaging and creative insights, and have invested significantly in breaking the mould of existing research practices. Their focus is broad, covering concept-testing, branding and communications across FMCG, financial, automotive, media and the public sector, with a particular focus on ethnographic techniques.
Growth of the business has created the need for Qualitative Director to lead a team and bring their expertise to acquiring new business as well as to manage large-scale projects. You will join an established and highly successful team, and be part of a highly profitable agency with new offices opening in multiple locations overseas.
For this role, ideal candidates will have a solid qualitative or communications strategy background and be keen to develop and refine their expertise and skills further. You will be highly commercial and adept at building effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients. In particular, you will demonstrate your desire to drive innovation within the business and deliver exceptional research.
