This agency leads the way in getting to the heart of their clients’ businesses by supplying industry-leading research into customer loyalty.
Working alongside the Customer Experience Lead on projects in a range of industry sectors you will also use your expertise to run a major existing programme in the UK telecoms market. A key part of this role will be to build strong client relationships in tandem with high-level design, execution and delivery of research and impactful insights. Mentoring and training of junior team members will also fall within your remit and you will have a genuine opportunity to play a senior role in one of this global agency’s most successful teams!
A forward-thinking problem solver, you probably be a senior Associate Director or established Research Director looking for your next challenge within a company that truly values the progression, development and work-life balance of their employees. A track-record of delivering projects in customer experience/satisfaction will be absolutely essential and a good understanding of the UK telecoms market would also put you in good stead. You will be a commercially-minded client facing researcher with the ability to build relationships at all levels and use your experience to help develop the skills of ambitious Execs.
