As a Programme Management Lead for this prestigious global management/HR consultancy, you’ll work closely with both sales and HR consulting teams to ensure objectives re various client projects are met. Working for a global name in talent and leadership consulting, you’ll oversee activity in the UK PMO team whose varied projects centre on delivering tailored and customized HR solutions and professional services to a wide variety of global clients. An engaging and varied role encompassing a range of responsibilities including monitoring project managers/coordinators spread across different assignments, the ideal candidate will have significant program (project) management experience already (perhaps at global level given there will be global projects involved) plus knowledge of business/effective management practices and strong skills in MS Office alongside possibly MS Project or SAP. Really exciting opportunity for a corporate minded Programme Manager or Business Analyst with PMO experience wanting to be part of forward thinking consulting group and looking for a ‘General Manager’ type role in this field.
