Growth of the business has created the need for an inspiring Research Director to lead key accounts and manage and mentor a team of bright and enthusiastic researchers. You should have an excellent grounding in Quant Branding & commercial research plus diplomatic client skills, as you will sit between the brand owner and advertising. planning teams and provide the strategic link between research and strategy, helping to guide all stakeholders on key decisions at the most senior levels and which have a major impact on marketing strategy.
You will also enjoy a high profile within the business and be part of a senior management team, giving you the opportunity to contribute to the management and direction of the business
