Senior Research Manager - Quant - Social change

Are you a quantitative researcher with an excellent understanding of complex methodologies? Bring your skills to a role with a significant social change aspect. This one-of-a-kind firm are big proponents for bringing about social change, specifically to positively impact the lives of women. What began as a movement has now evolved into research hub working closely with external partners including mass media firms, private sector organisations and NFP’s to change the lives and futures of women on a global scale.
As Quantitative Research Manager you will be central in carrying out large complex and very sensitive projects. Providing technical expertise on the development of global measurement techniques and quantitative design, you will work closely with your peers and other parts of the business in driving innovation and rigour in the firm’s research offering. Occupying a pivotal position, your efforts will have a direct impact on the firm’s ambitions to realise the potential of females the world over.
In order to be considered you will have a solid track record of quantitative research, underpinned with strong data analysis skills, including ANOVA’s, multivariate and segmentation techniques. SPSS would be ideal and exposure to advanced statistical techniques (e.g. structural equation modelling), an added bonus. You will ideally have carried out research in social change already (though not essential) and international experience would be very welcome.
