Senior Quantitative Research Manager – London – Charity
£50,000 - £60,000 – Creative Social Organisation
Aiming to improve the lives of adolescent girls, this independent non-profit organisation specialises in identifying perceptions and creating innovative ways to enforce behavioural change in deprived countries. Currently they are looking to hire a Senior Quantitative Research Manager to join their team in London.
Using the latest ideas in media, technology and girl-centred community engagement, the Senior Quantitative Research Manager will have an instrumental role in challenging discriminatory gender norms. You will provide technical guidance on measurement for brand media, networks and initiatives across emerging markets and play a key role in informing media change strategies. You will also be responsible for ensuring more junior researchers build their quantitative research skills as the team continues to grow. Travel, both domestically and internationally, is an integral part of this role.
As an experienced quantitative researcher you will run full projects and will be well versed in a range of research methodologies. Experience in brand, media market strategy or social and behavioural change will be desirable. Most significantly, you must have a real desire to work in the charity sector, hoping to really make a difference in society.
