As a Research Manager, you will have plenty of variety in this role encompassing quantitative and qualitative research, ad-hoc and continuous projects and plenty of client exposure and the chance to deliver real insights that make a difference.
Probably at Research Manager level, you should have a consumer research background and ideally some agency experience. You will have early client responsibility with the benefits of broadening your skills as you will gain valuable experience of a wide range of project and methodology types. Whilst supporting the Directors you will become increasingly involved in key account management, and will be encouraged to develop your management/team skills, which in turn will help pave the way towards the next level.
To qualify for this exciting career opportunity, you will ideally have solid Quantitative research experience (Qualitative is a plus) and an excellent project manager with strong communication skills and a desire to become more client facing.
