This fast-growing consultancy focused on strategy and innovation within the hospitality and high-tech sectors is looking to hire a highly creative qualitative research specialist to join their team in London. Skilled in anticipating consumers’ thoughts, behaviours and reactions before they are even able to anticipate or imagine them themselves, this agency is able to harness their research into powerful, step change ideas that delight consumers and side-line competitors.
As a Qualitative Research Manager you will be responsible for developing and embedding consumer insights within innovation and brand strategy processes. You will be responsible for the full project lifecycle from writing proposals to presenting results. Travel is also an essential part of the role, both domestically and internationally.
To qualify for this position, you will have worked in an insight role for either an agency or consultancy, and will have experience in delivering international projects for senior executives at a global organisation. Experience in a variety of qualitative research methodologies is also essential, whereas experience of working with service-based clients, preferably in hospitality and travel will be an advantage.
