We have an outstanding opportunity for a Recruitment Coordinator in our Sydney office to support a team of four consultants and enjoy a varied role in the business.
This position will give you a high level of involvement with clients and candidates within a high-achieving team. Through your effective management of interview arrangements and working closely with the Consultants you will have plenty of client and candidate contact. Other responsibilities will include office administration, database management, arranging occasional conferences, travel arrangements and being involved with other marketing events for the team. You should therefore have an excellent and positive telephone manner, be highly organised and be able to work within a busy and successful team where your skills and talents will make a visible difference to the business.
Previous experience in recruitment (either as a coordinator or a consultant) is desirable but is not essential if you are a bright, positive and well-organised person who would enjoy working as part of a growing and ambitious team.
