Bring your B2B qualitative research experience to this prestigious professional services firm that's embracing market research as a means to understanding future needs of its global client base. Having enjoyed considerable success with this project so far, the group are now pouring investment into developing a 'client listening'/feedback program and require a B2B agency experienced market researcher with strong qualitative experience (running focus groups, interviews, topic guides etc) who will oversee projects and run analysis/reporting. Working within the global client relationship team, your role will be to implement core qualitative market research activity - the aim of this is not simply evaluating customer satisfaction but instead a more 'feed forward' approach designed to enhance client strategy. Ideally you'll have B2B market research agency experience with a strong qualitative leaning and be keen to take your expertise client side in a global professional services firm seeking to exploit innovative market research practices.
