As an ambitious and highly creative qualitative research and innovation specialist this is your chance to spread your wings within a boutique consultancy working with top names within the hospitality and high-tech sectors!
Projects at this buzzing agency are 100% bespoke and the team are real specialists in anticipating consumers’ thoughts, behaviours and reactions before they are even able to anticipate or imagine them themselves! With a focus services as opposed to standard fmcg or retail brands, they are journey and experience experts working across innovation, strategy, insight and scenario planning and experience design for high profile clients on an international scale.
Bright, articulate and driven you will have already progressed quickly within the world of commercial market research, brand planning or innovation consulting. This agency is looking for an up and comer; someone with passion and a creative flare that is going to make a real contribution to the business. Experience in a variety of research methodologies (focus group moderation, ethnography, trends analysis, ideation techniques etc.) is an absolute must, as is experience in npd, innovation or brand strategy projects. You will be a natural leader but also a real team player and will ideally have a track-record of working with service-based clients - hospitality and travel would be a huge advantage but other sectors considered. You will also need to be open to travel (c15%) as this role could take you anywhere and everywhere around the world!
