The founders understand that it takes to unlock truths and know what consumers what from brands.
They are about the ‘why’ and challenge the norm to create products and services that people want and need. They work with BIG names clients. You know their clients, you use their shampoo, you buy their beer, you sleep in their hotels, you shop in their stores.
What projects will you work on? Disruptive innovation, UX, New Product Development, Brand Innovation and Ideation.
As a Project Manager, you will take a lead on:
1. Helping to plan and run innovation projects
2. Managing key client accounts
You will co-plan and produce context for a diverse range of project stages including qualitative research and ideation.
You will get your hands dirty in all elements of the projects and will also be involved in consumer-facing research, idea generation and running strategic workshops.

The ideal candidate is someone who has a genuine passion for driving innovation and unlocking brand and consumer decisions. You will have 2+ years’ experience in research / PR or marketing and will a strong Project Manager.
