Customer Analytics Consultant – Intelligence

An opportunity to diversify your experience at a leading and very reputable customer intelligence firm. They are searching for a top Customer Analytics Consultant with relevant consulting experience to liaise with internal stakeholders in the development of new technical products to grow the firms’ offering.
In this fast-growing marketplace, you’ll sit within the consulting team, partnering with clients and linking data analytics to actionable insights. This pivotal position, you will be working with data from a range of channels including cloud-based, mobile solutions, social media, weblogs and other channels to capture customer insights, developing an engaging story and feeding these back to the clients to help them position their brands in line with consumer trends.
Ideal candidates will have a good level of having partnered with external clients in a consultancy context, and will be highly proficient in Customer Analytics as applied to business in the areas of Customer Segmentation, CLTV, Churn Prediction and Retention. Good experience of R, Python, SAS, SPSS, and MS Azure ML would be welcome. An excellent salary and package is on offer for the right person.
