Their research service offering is diverse and includes customer satisfaction, customer experience, innovation strategy, pricing strategy, market segmentation and brand positioning.
As a Research Director, you will be responsible for playing a major role in new business development pitches, meetings and proposal writing in conjunction with being hands on in research, analysis and insight generation. You will manage your own P&L, be called upon to help grow revenue and have overall input into the strategic direction of the agency.
The ideal candidate with have c8+years’ experience working within a Market Research Agency and will have an mix of both qual and quant experience.
