As part of the Financial Services team, your role will be multi-faceted, encompassing relationship management with clients and an internal project team, prioritizing and ensuring the smooth running of the program, resolving client queries and coordinating all interviewing and research material.
The successful candidate will be experienced in quantitative or qualitative research in customer satisfaction, demonstrate exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills and be technically proficient in basic Microsoft applications.
