As part of a multinational professional services firm, this growing insight consultancy is offering the right candidate the one-of-a-kind opportunity to utilise their traditional quantitative research skills in a highly commercial and specialist environment.
Focusing on upgrading this consultancy’s already impressive brand marketing efforts, you will join other established researchers managing a range of bespoke projects and multi-country trackers (voice of customer and voice of employee), combining deep customer insights with leading-edge design capabilities to deliver business-changing strategies for a varied client-base across technology, media, retail, health and automotive sectors. At the Associate Director level, you will take the lead on several key accounts, propelling yourself to the top of the insights business as you develop your project and sector expertise.
To apply for this opportunity, you will need extensive experience running both ad-hoc and tracking projects (online) from start to finish from within an agency environment. Strong numerical skills and commercial acumen will be key, and you will be confident in mentoring juniors, building strong relationships and presenting to high profile clients. Also important will be your drive to keep up to date with the latest research tools and initiatives within voice of customer, voice of employee and digital research.
