This growing insight consultancy is part of a multinational professional services firm, offering the right candidate the one-of-a-kind opportunity to utilise their traditional quantitative research skills in a highly commercial and specialist environment.
Focusing on upgrading this consultancy’s already impressive brand marketing efforts, you will join other established researchers managing a range of bespoke projects and multi-country trackers (voice of customer and voice of employee), combining deep customer insights with leading-edge design capabilities to deliver business-changing strategies for a varied client-base across technology, media, retail, health and automotive sectors.
To apply for this opportunity, you will need extensive experience running both ad-hoc and tracking projects (online) from start to finish, ideally from within a fast-paced agency environment. Commercial acumen will be key, and you will be confident in building strong relationships and presenting to high profile clients as well as have the drive to keep up to date with the latest research tools and initiatives within voice of customer, voice of employee and digital research.
