Account Director – Customised Research Boutique
$85,000 to $110,000 plus SUPER
This multi-disciplined market research boutique leverage consumer insights, internal business data and market intelligence to help brands grow. They first define their problem, then tailor their approach to ensure they right information is being collected for the issue at hand, and finally complement their insights with strategic advice on how to implement the findings.
This agency has offices across Australia and is now on the hunt for an Account Director to join their Melbourne team. You will take ownership of client relationship, be the brains behind strategic thinking and lead projects. You will have the opportunity to play to your strengths, whether that is in qualitative and quantitative researcher (or both!) and will work from pitch to presentation to deliver meaningful research solutions to clients.
The client base is broad, it includes government, services, FMCG and some retail. Projects are related to Growth Strategy, Innovation, Brand and Communications Strategy, Customer Experience Strategy, Segmentation, Marketing ROI.
To be right for this role you must:
• Be an experience research practitioner who can run a research project from proposal development to presentation. You must have a mixed toolbag of research methodologies you can call upon, ideally in both qualitative and quantitative but you’ll be considered if you’re a specialist.
• Have worked in a market research agency environment and have developed excellent client servicing skills
• Have the right attitude. This is a dynamic, innovative, inspired environment and will only suit someone who is open minded, flexible and hard working in nature.
