So, what will my role in the team be?
Day one – From the beginning you will play a hugely valuable role in delivering quantitative insights to your clients. You will design research questionnaires, manage fieldwork data collection, write engaging reports and start presenting results to clients.
After day one – As you continue to develop and achieve, you will be given increased autonomy managing key client accounts. Once you understand in depth the commercial needs of your clients you will be able to recommend business strategy based on your research findings – presenting results and running client workshops.
So, what do I need to apply?
This role demands experience within market research; you will have key involvement in the delivery of projects from the beginning and it’s therefore imperative you have been exposed to the fundamentals of research in a commercial setting (think at least 2 years). This environment requires you to be able to think on your feet, engage confidentially with peers and clients alike and demonstrate the necessary passion and interest in order to progress in your career. You must be a wiz kid on excel, be able to write a market research surveys and Q/SPSS would be a huge advantage.
