The Operations team are an integral part of this agency and future growth plans. As the agency (who are part of a group) continues to grow, this team will play a key role when it comes to implementing processes and procedures, driving project efficiencies and driving best in class delivery. As an Operations Executive, you will work closely with a collaborative and supportive team and alongside the client service insight delivery division. Specifically, you’ll likely have the opportunity to get involved in survey scripting and testing, sampling, data checking, fieldwork monitoring and report and dashboard creation. In terms of previous experience, any relevant previous experience gained within the market research sector will be highly desirable, although graduates with limited commercial experience will also be considered.
